Clubmix is committed to delivering your order within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Currently we ship only in serviceable Pin Code.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Your order will be packed, sealed and shipped from our dedicated company warehouse.

Returns and Refunds
In case there is any issue with the product, you have 3 calendar days to return product from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid). Before returning the product, your are advised to call our customer care at +91 7058 703 360 or email us at cheers@clubmixcocktails.com mentioning your Order ID and the issue.
All refunds and returns are on sole discretion of Leeway Women Enterprises upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Within 48 hours of receiving your product, we would notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 8 days after refund approval, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product.
